Summary

Соглашение дает странам-участницам возможность в случае острой потребности получить необходимое оборудование с освобождением от таможенной пошлины на шестимесячный срок, который может быть продлен. Прежде всего речь идет об аппаратах искусственных легких, требующихся в случае эпидемии или катастрофы. Соглашение предусматривает принятие мер, дополняющих меры, уже предусмотренные ВОЗ и Красным Крестом.
