Summary

L'Accordo tende a permettere ai Paesi che ne hanno un urgente bisogno di ottenere il materiale necessario in franchigia doganale per un periodo rinnovabile di sei mesi, in particolare dei polmoni d’acciaio in caso di epidemia o catastrofe. Questo accordo completa le misure prese dall’OMS e la Croce Rossa.
