Validity of invitations to accede to the Council of Europe treaties or to sign and ratify them
During their 1168th meeting, on 10 April 2013, the Ministers’ Deputies agreed, where there is provision in a convention for accession by non-member States, to limit the validity of an invitation by the Committee of Ministers to accede to a convention to a period of five years.
