| Summary |
This Protocol secures certain rights and fundamental freedoms not included in previous texts: no deprivation of liberty for non-fulfilment of contractual obligations, right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose one's residence, prohibition of a State's expulsion of a national, probihition of collective expulsion of aliens. |
