On 10 November, during the handover meeting between Bosnia and Herzegovina, the outgoing Chair of the Committee of Ministers, and Bulgaria the new Chair until May 2016, the President of the Congress Jean-Claude Frécon welcomed the commitment of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the six-months Chairmanship. He confirmed that the Congress will be a committed and determined partner of the new Bulgarian Presidency, in particular regarding the crisis of refugees and migrants, the fight against radicalisation and the protection of children and vulnerable groups, included in the priorities of the presidency.
