Back Meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies on 14 and 15 April 2021

 At their 1401st meeting, on 14-15 April, the Ministers’ Deputies held their six-monthly review of the situation with regard to the abolition of the death penalty and took several decisions in this regard.

They held an exchange of views with Ms Helga Gayer, President of the Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA), and took note of GRETA’s 10th general activity report [more information ...]. They also adopted the terms of reference of a drafting committee for the preparation of a draft Committee of Ministers’ Recommendation on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings for the purpose of labour exploitation.

The Deputies also held an exchange of views with Mr Marin Mrčela, President of the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO), and took note of GRECO’s 21st general activity report (2020) [more information ...].

Finally, the Deputies took note of a report prepared by the Steering Committee on Anti-Discrimination, Diversity and Inclusion (CDADI) on the implementation of Recommendation CM/Rec(2015)1 of the Committee of Ministers to member States on intercultural integration.
