At their 1401^st meeting, on 14-15 April, the Ministers’ Deputies held their six-monthly review of the situation with regard to the abolition of the death penalty and took several decisions in this regard.

They held an exchange of views with Ms Helga Gayer, President of the Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA), and took note of GRETA’s 10^th general activity report [more information ...]. They also adopted the terms of reference of a drafting committee for the preparation of a draft Committee of Ministers’ Recommendation on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings for the purpose of labour exploitation.

The Deputies also held an exchange of views with Mr Marin Mrčela, President of the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO), and took note of GRECO’s 21^st general activity report (2020) [more information ...].

Finally, the Deputies took note of a report prepared by the Steering Committee on Anti-Discrimination, Diversity and Inclusion (CDADI) on the implementation of Recommendation CM/Rec(2015)1 of the Committee of Ministers to member States on intercultural integration.
