At the start of the meeting, the Chairman expressed the Committee’s condolences and solidarity after the tragic events which happened in a number of member States, notably in Greece and Italy, over the summer.

In the context of the supervision of the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, the Deputies held a discussion on recent developments in the case of Ilgar Mammadov versus Azerbaijan. They also adopted final resolutions in respect of 50 other cases.
