Back Meeting of the Ministers' Deputies on 26 September 2018

At their 1325th meeting, the Ministers' Deputies held exchanges of views with:

Concerning Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Deputies took note of a report on the state of implementation of the commitments entered into by Bosnia and Herzegovina (May 2016 to May 2018). They also welcomed the adoption of a second Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina (2018-2021) and the improvement of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) regime, as well as the country’s contribution to the stability in the region, including its co-operation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.

The Deputies approved the text of a draft United Nations General Assembly Resolution on co-operation between the United Nations and the Council of Europe and invited the chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers to forward it to the Secretary General of the United Nations. They also welcomed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Council of Europe and the FIFA, which will be signed at a later date by the Council of Europe Secretary General.

Finally, they adopted a series of resolutions on the application of the European Code of Social Security and, where applicable, its additional Protocol, by Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
