The Council of Europe is looking for highly qualified, experienced and specialised translation service providers.

The present tendering procedure aims to select Providers for the translation of documents relating to cooperation and technical assistance activities in the field in and from non-official languages. This procedure concerns programmes funded by extra-budgetary resources only.

The services to be provided consist mainly of revised and reviewed translations but may also include the revision and review of texts already translated, plus amendments to be translated, revised, reviewed and added to existing documents. The source texts will be written in one of the source languages mentioned in the table below and will be of varying length, urgency and nature.

Participation in this call for tenders is therefore open to experienced providers of translation services, both individuals and companies (with or without subcontractors), and/ to groupings in any form.

The Council of Europe is looking for 3 Provider(s) (provided enough tenders meet the criteria indicated below) in order to support the implementation of the project.

The deadline for submission is 21 October 2021 5pm.
