The Council of Europe Office in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) organises numerous events and missions annually and currently administers several projects, funded by European Union and other CoE member States. Additional regional projects, with activities carried out in the Republic of Moldova, are managed by the HQ in Strasbourg.
The Council of Europe Office in Chisinau is looking for a maximum of five providers (provided enough tenders meet the criteria indicated below) in order to support the implementation of the projects and the experts’ missions with a particular expertise in transportation services.

Due to the current situation linked to COVID-19, postal services of the Republic of Moldova have suspended operations concerning shipping packages abroad. For this reason, bidders may submit the signed Act of Engagement and all relevant documents requested under sections E and F of the international call for tenders for the provision of in-country transportation services (2020/AO/14) in electronic format only.
The deadline for submission has been extended to 12 April 2020.
