The Council of Europe is currently implementing the regional project to end online child sexual exploitation and abuse at the Pan-European level (EndOCSEA@Europe) until 30 June 2021 with the financial support of the Fund to End Violence Against Children (EVAC Fund).
Looking for English-speaking consultants specialised in Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (OCSEA)

In that context, the Children’s Rights Division and the Cybercrime Office (C-PROC) in Bucharest, Romania, are looking for English-speaking providers for the provision of consultancy services on the prevention and the protection of children against sexual exploitation and sexual abuse when facilitated by information and communication technologies (ICTs), taking due account of potential increasing risks in the current context of the pandemic of COVID-19. To apply, please consult the specifications and required documents mentioned in the Tender File/Terms of Reference and Act of Engagement below.
