As part of the celebration of the European Day of Justice, several Council of Europe member States will organise from September to November 2019 various events aimed at informing citizens about their rights, including open days at courts, notarial chambers or other institutions and associations of justice professionals.
Information sessions, conferences, training workshops and trial simulations will also be organised for students and legal professionals.
The European Day of Justice, created in 2003 jointly by the Council of Europe and the European Commission, is a unique opportunity for citizen to benefit from free advice from legal professionals about their rights. For students and legal professionals, knowledge sharing and development sessions will also be organised in several European countries.
