Cyberjustice and mediation on the agenda of the 32nd plenary meeting of the CEPEJ

The 32nd plenary meeting of the CEPEJ will be held in Strasbourg on 13 and 14 June 2019. The CEPEJ members will meet Mr Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos, President of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), and other judges of the Court, for an exchange of views on possible interactions between the ECHR and the CEPEJ on indicators of efficiency and quality of justice. During this session, the CEPEJ is expected to adopt a Toolkit for the implementation of the Guidelines on Cyberjustice, a European Handbook for Development of National Legislation on Mediation, Guidelines on designing and monitoring mediators training schemes, as well as a Glossary of Terms used by the CEPEJ. Members will also discuss the continuation of the evaluation of judicial systems’ processes and cooperation programmes with some Member States or partners.
