The Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs will enter into force concerning Malta, Albania, Czech Republic, Moldova and Norway, on 1st of March 2018. An another 20 States are signatories or have been invited to accede. At this moment a Committee of Parties will be created for implementing this Treaty in the fight against this dangerous phenomenon at the International level.
