On 19-20 May 2022, the CDCJ Working group on migration will hold its 1st meeting and will exchange views on the scope of the future Guide for Practitioners on administrative detention of migrants, taking into account the work conducted previously by the CDCJ in this area, and develop the elements of the draft detailed outline of the Guide.
The Working group will also discuss its work programme, timetable and working methods for 2022.
