As a part of the European Union and Council of Europe programmatic framework Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey II, the Council of Europe is currently implementing the project Strengthening Independence and Accountability of the Judiciary in Serbia. In that context, it is looking for a maximum of 3 Provider(s) for the provision of consultancy services on gender analysis and mainstreaming to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis, in compliance with the ordering procedure defined in the Framework Contract.
