The Council of Europe initiates a call for the provision of national short-term consultancy services in the areas of “conciliation in criminal matters, mediation and arbitration as well as strategic and policy development of ADR mechanisms” within the framework of the EU / CoE Joint Project on "Promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Turkey”.
The purpose of this call is to create a pool of interested national consultants with the relevant background and work experience to support the implementation of the project.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the clauses Tender Rules and Documents to be Provided of the attached Tender File before the deadline, 23 April 2021. (23:59, GMT+2 -Ankara- time zone)
Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the following email address [email protected], with the following reference in subject: ADR Project. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted by 13:00 (GMT+2 -Ankara- time zone) on 19 April 2021 and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address indicated above with the following reference in subject: Questions-Tender-ADR Project.
Selected consultants will be engaged at a later stage, on an as-needed-basis. The consultancy work may start immediately after the tender is finalised and contracts are signed.
All documents shall be submitted in English (except the sample document, which can be submitted in Turkish), failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender.
