The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Court of Cassation in Turkey. In that context, it is looking for a maximum of 3 Providers for the provision of long-term consultancy services on the Court of Cassation to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis, in compliance with the ordering procedure defined in the Framework Contract.
