The Council of Europe has launched a tender call for the provision of consultancy in the framework of the joint Council of Europe and European Union Horizontal Facility Programme for Western Balkans and Turkey, and its Expert Co-ordination Mechanism (ECM). The consultancy aims to provide the Judicial Council, the Council of Public Prosecutors and the Supreme Court of “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” with advice and expertise on the practical implementation of the national Strategy for Reform of the Judicial Sector (2017-2022) and its Action Plan in line with European standards and best practices.
