The meeting of the CCJE Working Group in charge of preparing the Opinion on judicial integrity and corruption took place in Porto (Portugal) from 13 to 15 June. The opinion will include recommendations based on the concept of judicial integrity; corruption (perceived as one of the main threats to judicial integrity), and its causes, as well as on sanctions and prevention of corruption. The draft opinion should be adopted at the plenary meeting of the CCJE to be held in Strasbourg from 7 to 9 November 2018.
