The Chair of the CAHDI, Ms Päivi Kaukoranta, held an exchange of views with the Committee of Ministers on the 13th June 2018. In particular Ms Kaukoranta informed the Ministers' Deputies on the participation in the CAHDI meeting of the Secretary General of the Asian African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO) which has been granted recently the “Participant Status” to the CAHDI. Furthermore she provided them an overview on the contribution of the CAHDI to the Council of Europe activities as well as the CAHDI contribution beyond the Council of Europe and its liaison role with other international organisations.
