The Seminar on “Early intervention on Intersex Children – Promoting the Rights of the Child” will take place on 31 May 2022 (09:30 – 17:00 CEST). 

The event is organised by the Steering Committee for Human Rights in the Fields of Biomedicine and Health (CDBIO) in the framework of the implementation of the Strategic Action Plan on Human Rights and Technologies in Biomedicine (2020-2025).

The discussion of the Seminar will tackle the most pertinent questions of four main areas such as legislation, training, decision-making process and supporting measures from the standpoint of promoting the rights of the child based on concrete examples.
