Within the joint EU/CoE Programme "Human Resources Management in Local Self-Government – phase 2", the Conference "Overview of the Human Resource Management System in Local Self-Governments” will be held on 21 September 2021 at 9:30h, in Hotel Metropol in Belgrade.

The purpose of the Conference is to present the achieved results in 50 Local Self-Governments, which were supported by the Programme in improving human resources management function, trough the implementation of the Municipal Support Package, as well as forthcoming reforms in the respective area.

The representatives of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self Government, European Union Delegation to the Republic of Serbia, Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities and the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade will address the audience.

The representatives from local self-governments who were supported by the Programme in implementing Municipal Support Packages and identifying achieved progress in human resources performance are invited to attend the Conference.   

The communication kits (camera, headphones/microphones) will be delivered to the representatives of the local self - governments within the Progrramme support.

This event will be an opportunity for reviewing the achieved results and defining further steps in public administration reform and modernisation of the civil servant system.
