The Programme “Human Resources Management in Local Self Government – phase 2”, jointly funded by the EU and Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade, is hereby publishing the call for consultants.
The trainers will be responsible for development of the “Comparative Analysis of LSG professional development models and recommendations for introducing mandatory provision of professional development at local self-government level”.
We kindly ask the applicants to fill in the attached “Act of Engagement” and provide the respective documentation, as stated in the attached “Tender File/Terms of Reference” (in English or Serbian language).
The provided “Act of Engagement” and the “Tender File/Terms of Reference” contain 2 lots – candidates are allowed to apply to more than one lot in case they meet criteria for both lots.
The deadline for applications is 18 August 2022.
