Within the scope of the Joint Project on “Improving the Effectiveness of Family Courts: Better Protection of the Rights of Family Members”, a tender has been launched for the production of visual and audio communication materials (such as infographics, 2D animated films and short video clips) to be prepared for the implementation of the project activities and which will be general tools that can be shown at special events or shared on websites and social media accounts.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File and fill out the requested “Act of Engagement” form while attaching the “Documents to be provided”. The deadline for submission of tenders is 9 January 2023 (inclusive).

Tenders (Filled act of engagement and other supporting documents) shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address: [email protected] with the following reference in subject: “Tender – Visual and Audio-Visual Communication Materials”. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted at least 3 (three) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected] with the following reference in subject: “Questions – Visual and Audio-Visual Communication Materials”
