The President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, officially informed the Council of Europe of Turkeys's accession to the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes, registered as of 15 January 2018. We should like to thank Ambassador Işcan, the Permanent Representative of Turkey to the Council of Europe, and look forward to welcoming Turkey to our statutory meetings and activities.
