In its first evaluation report on Bulgaria, the Council of Europe’s Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings has said that Bulgaria needs to strengthen prevention through social and economic empowerment measures for groups vulnerable to human trafficking. The report is published together with the final comments of the Bulgarian authorities, as provided for by the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings. (more...)
