With great sadness we learnt about the series of earthquakes that struck the Region of Emilia Romagna in Italy and caused immense destruction and the loss of human lives.

The Chairman of the Committee of Ministers, Mr. Edmond Haxhinasto, expresses his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and his solidarity to the displaced persons and to all the Italian people.
