Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland adds his voice to those of other international partners in their call for self-restraint and full respect of the democratic process, with regard to the growing tensions in Albania following the local elections. ''I urge all political leaders to find a way out of the current crisis, in full respect of the legal and institutional framework and to avoid further escalation of tension. Albanians deserve better'', he said in a statement published today.
