Strasbourg, 20 September 2013 – The representatives of the 47 member states of the Council of Europe will examine implementation of the judgments and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights on 24-26 September 2013.

This supervisory role of the Committee of Ministers is provided for under Article 46 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

The cases proposed for more detailed examination concern Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, the Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

Decisions and resolutions adopted together with working documents will be made public shortly after the meeting on the website of the Committee of Ministers.
