
The ten-year anniversary of the atrocious September 11 attacks is an occasion for serious reflection. This was a crime against humanity, the gravity of which must not be forgotten, says Thomas Hammarberg, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights in his latest Human Rights Comment published today.
