Strasbourg, 18.02.2013 – The representatives of the 47 member states of the Council of Europe will examine implementation of the judgments and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights on 5-7 March 2013.

This supervisory role of the Committee of Ministers is provided for under Article 46 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

The cases proposed for examination, concerning Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, France, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine are listed below. (more…)
