The core values for employees at the Council of Europe

 

At the Council of Europe our employees share three core values: Professionalism, Integrity and Respect.

These values, identified by staff themselves, help to define what is important for our Organisation. They help to guide our behaviours, our attitudes and our principles and allow us to establish what we expect to see from all our colleagues, at every level, on a daily basis when working at the Council of Europe.
