The state report from Portugal was received by GREVIO on 8 September 2017, and is published today in accordance with Rule 33, paragraph 6 of GREVIO’s Rules of Procedure.

The Group will consider it together with Portuguese representatives at its 13th meeting scheduled to take place from 19 to 23 February 2018 in Strasbourg. GREVIO plans to carry out an evaluation visit to Portugal in the spring of 2018 in order to assess the situation on the ground. The Group will then draw up and adopt its evaluation report in the course of 2018.
