The CoE organises a Training on “Risk Management: Principles and Guidelines” to discuss the framework and process for the management of risks with the representatives of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan (SAPSSI). In particular, the training focuses on increasing the understanding of SAPSSI officials about risk management concepts of ISO 31000 and implementing risk-based thinking in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. It is part of the CoE’s technical assistance to the SAPPSI to develop the risk management capacities of ASAN (Azerbaijan Service and Assessment Network) Service Centres according to international standards.
