A Hearing of civil society and key stakeholders took place in the Council of Europe Headquarters on 22-23 June 2017. Participants to the event had the opportunity to share their views and experiences on the condition of administrative detention of migrants and thus contribute to the elaboration of the draft instrument codifying existing international standards in the field.
