Parliamentary Hearing in the Danish Parliament – 2 March 2007

60 participants came to the Parliament, representing NGO's, different unions, the police, women associations, and civil society.
 
Four parliamentarians from different parties formed a question-panel that inquired information from 4 keynote speakers.  
 
One of the speakers represented the police, one was a psychologist with experience in the treatment of the victims, so the focus was on the women and children, one was a leader of a centre that is specialized in treating the perpetrators- the focus was here on the violent men. Finally the leader of a union of women's crisis centres gave a presentation of the topic.
