Engineer / Doctor of Economics / Geopolitics Expert (IEP/ESCAE)

- CEO of AEC (18 years): redeployment in CEEC countries and external partnerships;
- For EU, dissemination of the “acquis communautaire”;
- Consultancy (30 years): economics/geostrategy for international institutions and major firms, in Europe, Russia, Ukraine (witnessed the first Russian-Ukrainian conflict) and Arab countries;
- Project manager on restructuring Balkan transport networks (EBRD) in the midst of the conflict between Serbia and Kosovo;
- Projects in Greece for the Commission;
- University of Cergy-Pontoise: lecturer in “economic crises and sustainable development”; publication of works;
- Recently: humanitarian aid for Syrian refugees in the Middle East;
- Chair of the INGO Working Group on “Europe/Arab-Muslim countries”, report in May 2014.
