Spinal Cord Injury

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted Recommendation 1560 (2002) « Towards concerted efforts for treating and curing spinal cord injury » on 26 April 2002.

At their 795^th meeting (14-15 May 2002), the Ministers’ Deputies decided to draw their Governments’ attention to the Recommendation and instructed the Committee on the Rehabilitation and Integration of People with disabilities (CD-P-RR) to give an opinion on it.

On 12 March 2003 the Ministers’ Deputies adopted the reply to Parliamentary Assembly Recommendation 1560 (2002) “Towards concerted efforts for treating and curing spinal cord injury”.
