Reports and Recommendations
During each monitoring cycle, three types of documents are produced:
- the State report ("periodical report") submitted by the State Party on the measures it has taken to implement the Charter;
- the evaluation report of the Committee of Experts of the Charter;
- the recommendation of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
