Colloquies on information technology and law in Europe

The purpose of colloquies on information technology and law in Europe is to discuss new problems and questions concerning the use of information technology in the legal sector within a wide circle of civil servants, judges, university teachers and representatives of the legal professions. In view of the constant and rapid changes in the field of information technology in the legal sector, these colloquies are instrumental for planning the intergovernmental and legal co-operation and assistance activities of the Council of Europe in this area.
