Norwegian Animal Welfare Action Plan

The Norwegian Ministry of Agriculture took an initiative in 2001, which resulted in the publishing of a white paper (Proposition to the Storting, Norwegian national assembly) regarding animal husbandry and animal welfare.

The white paper was published in 2002 and constitutes a broad review and evaluation of all animal care in Norway from an ethical and welfare perspective. Plan d'action de la Norvège concernant le bien-être animal
En 2001 le Ministère de l'Agriculture de Norvège a pris une initiative qui a résulté dans la publication d'un livre blanc (Proposition au Parlement norvégien Storting) concernant l'élevage et le bien-être animal.

Le livre blanc a été publié en 2002 et consiste en un examen approfondi et une évaluation d’un point de vue éthique et du bien-être de tous les soins pour les animaux en Norvège. Il inclut aussi des propositions pour des objectifs et des actions à prendre à long terme, fondés sur cette base éthique.
