Balanced participation of women and men in political and public decision making
The balanced participation of women and men in political and public decision-making is at the heart of the functioning of pluralist democracy. Guidelines have been drafted to help member states to promote and increase participation of women in decision-making, inter alia in the field of conflict prevention and resolution.
