Migration: Setting up a forum for regular consultation between countries of origin and host countries

Officials responsible for migration issues in the 45 Council of Europe member states want to set up a forum within the Organisation bringing together the countries of origin, transit and destination, as a means of implementing common and co-ordinated policies in this field.
