Registration Procedures

Delegations will consist of Head of Delegation plus five supporting officials and, where appropriate, one protection officer. The registration form is sent with the official invitations, participants are requested to complete it on behalf of their delegation by 13 April 2012 and email it to COE2012@cvg.gov.uk .

Please supply a photograph for each member of the delegation, meeting all of the following criteria:

• The photo must be in colour, with a plain background – white or light blue are recommended;
• The photo must be jpeg file format and sized between 50KB and 100KB. Photos must show a full front view of the face, with both sides of the face showing clearly;
• The face and shoulders must be centred in the photo and squared to the camera;
• Eyes must be open and clearly visible (prescription glasses may be worn);
• Photos must be taken with even lighting and should not show shadows or flash reflection on the face and head;
• The photo filename must be: SURNAME_FIRST NAME_COUNTRY e.g. GREEN_JOHN_UNITED_KINGDOM

Any photograph not complying with the above criteria will be rejected.

Badges will be ready for collection prior to the event at a location in Brighton to be confirmed.
