Finland, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania and Switzerland and any other country which becomes a Party to the Convention in the future will receive the questionnaire for the first evaluation round at the earliest one year and at the latest two years following the entry into force of the Convention for the party concerned ( Rule 3 of the Evaluation Procedure).
