GRECO Conference on “Gender Dimensions of Corruption” – Prague, 13 December 2013
20 November 2013 – Since 2012, the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) has been looking
into gender dimensions of corruption and reflecting on whether and how a
gender perspective could add value to GRECO’s work. In order to take stock
of national experiences in identifying, preventing and reducing
gender-specific manifestations of corruption and exchange information on
available research and good practice, GRECO is organising a conference on
“Gender dimensions of corruption” under the auspices of the Senate of the
Parliament and the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. It will be
held in Prague, on 13 December 2013, in the Wallenstein Palace.
The conference is expected to bring together some 80 participants from the GRECO member States, as well as representatives of international organisations and civil society.
The working languages of the conference will be English, French and Czech.
