Ülle Madise´s main research area is
constitutional law, especially electoral
systems, e-voting and the broader impact of
ICT on democratic development; as well as
local democracy and the evolution of
fundamental rights. Her articles have been
published by Springer, Nomos and the leading
Estonian publisher of legal texts, the Juura
