(b) Work at national level:
Have advised the Government of Malta on the
transposition of Council Directive 2000/43 (the
Racial Equality Directive) and Council Directive
2000/78 (the Employment Equality Directive)
(c) International work:
Member of ECRI since 2004
Member of the Advisory Committee for the Protection
of National Minorities between 2000 and 2004 and
since 2008.
Member of the European Network of Legal Experts in
the non-discrimination field since 2004
Between April 2001 and April 2007, appointed an
expert under the Moscow Mechanism of the OSCE’s
Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
