T-CY Public Hearing: 3 June 2013, Strasbourg, France



Objective


The T-CY seeks the views of private sector entities and civil society:

  • on current practices and experiences regarding transborder access to data
  • on a possible Additional Protocol to the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime.

Participants


The hearing is open to representatives of civil society organisations, Internet Service Providers (including ISP associations), social media, cloud service providers, e-commerce platforms, online payment services, members and observers in the Cybercrime Convention Committee (T-CY) and other interested stakeholders.
